Yes, just like any other type of business, fraud is a part of this business also. There are steps that you can take that will help assist you in deciding if a payment is legit, or possibly a fraud payment. We will list a few steps that you can take, we will also list accounts that have been used in the past that were either used in some type of fraud payment, unauthorized use of paypal account, or used in a charge back to us, and others. There are also sites that are Trojan sites, and traffic never should be sent to them. If you have been a victim of fraud, unauthorized use of an authorized paypal account, or have unfair charge backs against you, please report it to us so that we can list it here and prevent others from making the same mistake. We want to make the traffic business as honest as possible. The traffic biz can get a bad rap at times from illegal sites, & resellers who are using deceptive practices to deliver traffic to there clients. We can all help by reporting all types of fraud, paypal accounts, & other sites who are using deceptive methods, so that we can list them here, & inform others of the same. On our front end of this site, we ask to verify clients who have not ordered from us before. We wont take on new clients who won't be verified. We use a IP checker for most orders, and then compare it. Most times we won't take on new clients who aren't Paypal verified. Most time they pay using a credit card, and if they do a chargeback, more then likely you will lose since Paypal has no authority to control the chargeback, that falls on the credit card company to make the decision and 99 times out of 100, they will side with their client. |
 If you can, use an IP catcher on your order form. This will help you decide if the person ordering the traffic is legit. You can match the IP address with the paypal account address on the account. If the IP address comes from say Florida, and the paypal account is in Texas, then something is wrong and needs to be checked, and find out why. You can also use the whois for the particular domain name and match that against the paypal account, the IP address, These will all assist you in deciding if the payment is legit.
